Rules:

1. No tresspassing in servers.
2. No going against the governor’s server rules.
3. If arrested, do the time or pay the price. Go against your punishment or you’ll be punished much more.
4. No assulting a judge or a police officer.
5. No spying.

Government:

CPD is Democratic Republic which means the people(CPD Members) have a say in the government and we elect our governors and high ranked soldiers.

Supreme Commanders (Leaders) : HIghest rank in an army. Makes decisions and leads the army in battle. This person is elected by the people. Must retire after atleast 1 1/2 -2 years of leading the army.

Vice Commanders (2nd & 3rd Command) – Second and thrid highest rank in an army. Gives advice to the Supreme Commanders andhelps lead battles along with Supreme Commanders.

 Senators (Head Warlords & Warlords) – These people are 4th and 5th highest rank in the army. These people control the CPD police. They take care of the people that have done something bad.

Citizens (Field Marshal – Privates) – These people can have the decision who they want to be Supreme Commander or that rank or governor. These people can also run for governor if they would like.

Governors:

You must ask the leader to run for governor and if he approves it you are allowed to run in the election. Once there are 3 members of CPD running in the election. The election may begin. The first week of the election the members may campaign and try to get people to vote for them. Once the campaign week is over. The leader will make a poll, Then the people may vote for who they want. The candidates that are in the elections may not force someone to vote for them or try to cheat in any way. If one of the candidates does one of those thing they be disqualified. Once the election is over. The leader will announce the winner. The winner will pick which server he/she wants. The runner up automatically gets to run in the next election she/he wants too. The person that finished in 3rd place may not run in the next election but run in the next elections after that.

4. Ban from 1-6 hours depending on what rule they broke and how badly they broke it.
5. If they do it again, ban from 7-24 hours.
6. If they continue to do it, an owner will ban forever until they find a suited time.

Remember to say “Your honor” when adressing the judge!

If the defendent is proved guilty, they will be put into http://xat.com/cpdjail for a day. If they comittthe same crime or another one, they will be put back into jail until further notice. When in jail, they won’t be able to have any activity around CPD. (A.K.A, suspended). The judge will have to listen to the leader if the leader says to let them out of jail. Judges have the first choice while the leaders have to agree to put the defendant in jail for a longer time period. Judges, you can only put them in jail for a day once. If the plaintiff’s case is dissmissed, nobody is put in jail. Lawyers, you need to have some kind of proof, like a video or a picture.
